ਢੀਂਡਸਾ ਨੇ ਇਸ ਮੀਟਿੰਗ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਅਦ ਨਵੀਂ ਸਿਟ ਨੂੰ ਮੁੱਢੋਂ ਰੱਦ ਕਰਦਿਆਂ ਕੈਪਟਨ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਦੇ ਇਸ ਫੈਸਲੇ ਨੂੰ ਤਰਕਹੀਨ ਕਰਾਰ ਦਿੱਤਾ
ਚੰਡੀਗੜ੍ਹ, 11 ਮਈ 2021: ਰਾਜ ਸਭਾ ਮੈਂਬਰ ਸ: ਸੁਖਦੇਵ ਸਿੰਘ ਢੀਂਡਸਾ ਨੇ ਅੱਜ ਪਾਰਟੀ ਦੇ ਪ੍ਰਮੁੱਖ ਆਗੂਆਂ ਨਾਲ ਬੇਅਦਬੀ ਮਾਮਲੇ ਅਤੇ ਕੋਟਕਪੂਰਾ ਗੋਲੀ ਕਾਂਡ ਦੀ ਜਾਂਚ ਲਈ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਮੁੜ ਗਠਤ ਕੀਤੀ ਗਈ ਨਵੀਂ ਵਿਸ਼ੇਸ਼ ਜਾਂਚ ਟੀਮ (ਸਿਟ) ਵਾਰੇ ਗੈਰਰਸਮੀ ਵਿਚਾਰ- ਵਟਾਂਦਰਾ ਕੀਤਾ। ਮੀਟਿੰਗ ਉਪਰੰਤ ਸ: ਢੀਂਡਸਾ ਨੇ ਐਲਾਨ ਕੀਤਾ ਕਿ ਨਵੀਂ ਸਿਟ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਦੀਆਂ ਅੱਖਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਘੱਟਾ ਪਾਉਣ ਅਤੇ ਅਸਲ ਦੋਸ਼ੀਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਬਚਾਉਣ ਲਈ, ਮਾਣਯੋਗ ਹਾਈਕੋਰਟ ਦੇ ਫੈਸਲੇ ਮੁਤਾਬਕ ਬਣਾਈ ਗਈ ਹੈ। ਜਿਸ ਫੈਸਲੇ ਵਿੱਚ ਮਾਣਯੋਗ ਹਾਈਕੋਰਟ ਨੇ ਬਾਦਲਾਂ ਦੀ ਰੱਜ ਕੇ ਤਾਰੀਫ਼ ਕੀਤੀ ਹੈ। ਜਦ ਕਿ ਸਿੱਖ ਕੌਮ ਦੀ ਧਾਰਨਾ ਇਸਦੇ ਬਿਲਕੁਲ ਉਲਟ ਬਣੀ ਹੋਈ ਹੈ। ਸ: ਢੀਂਡਸਾ ਨੇ ਨਵੀਂ ਸਿਟ ਨੂੰ ਮੁੱਢੋਂ ਰੱਦ ਕਰਦਿਆਂ ਕੈਪਟਨ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਦੇ ਇਸ ਫੈਸਲੇ ਨੂੰ ਤਰਕਹੀਨ ਕਰਾਰ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਹੈ।
ਸ: ਢੀਂਡਸਾ ਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਪਹਿਲਾਂ ਤਾਂ ਕੈਪਟਨ ਅਮਰਿੰਦਰ ਸਿੰਘ ਨੇ ਐਲਾਨ ਕੀਤਾ ਸੀ ਕਿ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਕੋਟਕਪੂਰਾ ਗੋਲੀ ਕਾਂਡ ਦੇ ਹਾਈਕੋਰਟ ਦੇ ਫੈਸਲੇ ਨੂੰ ਸੁਪਰੀਮ ਕੋਰਟ ਵਿੱਚ ਚੁਣੌਤੀ ਦਵੇਗੀ ਪਰ ਹੁਣ ਅਜਿਹਾ ਕੀ ਹੋਇਆ ਕਿ ਉਹ ਆਪਣੇ ਇਸ ਫੈਸਲੇ `ਤੇ ਨਹੀ ਟਿਕ ਸਕੇ ਅਤੇ ਉਨ੍ਹਾ ਨੇ ਨਵੀਂ ਸਿਟ ਦੇ ਗਠਨ ਦਾ ਐਲਾਨ ਕਰਕੇ ਛੇ ਮਹੀਨੇ ਦਾ ਸਮਾਂ ਦੇ ਦਿੱਤਾ। ਜਦੋਂ ਕਿ ਘਟਨਾਵਾਂ ਦੀਆਂ ਨਾਜੁਕਤਾ ਨੂੰ ਮੁੱਖ ਰੱਖਦੇ ਹੋਏ ਕੈਪਟਨ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਦਾ ਇਹ ਫੈਸਲਾ ਬਿਲਕੁਲ ਵੀ ਤਰਕਸੰਗਤ ਨਹੀ ਹੈ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਸਾਲ 2015 ਤੋਂ ਹੁਣ ਤੱਕ ਵੱਡੇ ਪੱਧਰ `ਤੇ ਕਈਂ ਜਾਂਚ ਏਜੰਸੀਆਂ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਇਸ ਮਾਮਲੇ ਦੀ ਜਾਂਚ ਕੀਤੀ ਜਾ ਚੁੱਕੀ ਹੈ ਪਰ ਸਮੇਂ ਦੀਆਂ ਸਰਕਾਰਾਂ ਨੇ ਦੋਸ਼ੀਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਬਚਾਉਣ `ਚ ਕੋਈ ਕਸਰ ਨਹੀ ਛੱਡੀ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਕੈਪਟਨ ਅਮਰਿੰਦਰ ਸਿੰਘ ਨੇ ਸਾਲ 2017 ਦੀਆਂ ਵਿਧਾਨ ਸਭਾ ਚੋਣਾਂ ਦੌਰਾਨ ਗੁਟਕਾ ਸਾਹਿਬ ਦੀ ਸਹੁੰ ਖਾ ਕੇ ਦੋਸ਼ੀਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਗ੍ਰਿਫ਼ਤਾਰ ਕਰਨ ਦਾ ਵਾਅਦਾ ਕੀਤਾ ਸੀ ਪਰ ਅਜਿਹਾ ਨਾ ਕਰਕੇ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੇ ਸਿੱਖ ਕੌਮ ਨਾਲ ਗੱਦਾਰੀ ਕੀਤੀ ਹੈ।

Dhindsa outrightly rejected the decision of the state government to constitute a new SIT , he also termed the decision as irrational
Chandigarh, May 11: Rajya Sabha Member, Sh. Sukhdev Singh Dhindsa today held an informal meeting with the key leaders of the party regarding the new Special Investigation Team (SIT) constituted by the Punjab Government to probe into the sacrilege and Kotkapura police firing incident. After the meeting, Sh. Dhindsa announced that as per the decision given by the High Court the new SIT has been constituted just to to hogwash and it intends to save the real culprits.
He said that by giving such a decision the High Court has favoured the Badal family. The perception of the Sikh community, however, is opposite to this.
Sh. Dhindsa while strongly rejecting the decision of constituting new SIT termed the decision of Captain Government as irrational.
Sh. Dhindsa said that earlier Capt. Amarinder Singh had announced that the Punjab government would challenge High Court’s decision in the Kotkapura firing incident in the Supreme Court but now it seems like something behind the curtain has happened and because of which the Punjab Chief Minister has taken the complete U-turn and could not stand on firm to his decision and have announced to constitute a new SIT. The new SIT has been given six months to conduct the probe, added Sh. Dhindsa.
He said that however, understanding the seriousness of the situation, Captain’s Government should have challenged the High court’s decision in the Supreme Court.
Sh. Dhindsa said that since 2015, the matter has been investigated on a large scale by various investigating agencies but the present and the then government left no stone unturned to save the culprits.
He said that Capt. Amarinder Singh during the 2017 Assembly elections while swearing by the Gutka Sahib had promised to arrest the culprits but he has betrayed his oath and the Sikh community as well.
