PUNJAB GOVERNOR GREETS PEOPLE ON MAHA SHIVRATRI

CHANDIGARH, FEBRUARY 28: The Punjab Governor and Administrator, Union Territory, Chandigarh, Shri Banwarilal Purohit extended greetings to the people on the sacred occasion of Maha Shivratri.

In a message, the Governor said, “greetings and good wishes to all the devotees of Lord Shiva. May the blessings of Lord Shiva bring peace, happiness and prosperity to everyone’s life”.

This is an occasion to pray, meditate and derive renewed energy to do good, said he and added that “Let us pray that our lives are continuously lit with good health, thoughts and actions”.
