Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) Punjab has termed the Knowledge Share Agreement (KSA) between Punjab and Delhi Government historic and called it a major step taken to reform the education and medical sectors in Punjab.

Addressing the media at the party headquarters on Tuesday, Chief Spokesperson of Aam Aadmi Party, Punjab Malwinder Singh Kang said that the knowledge share agreement signed by Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal and Punjab Chief Minister Bhagwant Mann will help and benefit both the states. This agreement is a new beginning which will result into a better future for Punjab. Arvind Kejriwal and Bhagwant Mann are constantly making efforts and taking revolutionary decisions to improve the future of Punjab and Punjabis.

Explaining the purpose of this agreement Kang said that it will help Punjab government to formulate policies to provide better education and medical facilities like Delhi and similarly, Punjab government will also share their ideas with Kejriwal government. Through this agreement, now both the governments will exchange important ideas, schemes and policies for public welfare, which will work as a great booster to government services and welfare schemes resultantly, people will get better facilities. With this agreement, knowledge about good policies of Punjab will be shared with Delhi government to make more people friendly policies and Kejriwal government will share their Delhi model with Punjab to implement improved and better policies here.

Reacting to the oppositions’ criticism of this agreement, Kang said that SAD president Sukhbir Badal has presented fabricated documents in front of the media. Slamming the Badal family, he said that those who ruined the youth of Punjab and forced them to migrate have no moral ground to oppose or criticize this agreement. Of course, such people are questioning a good decision of the Punjab government today because they never did anything good for Punjab.

Kang added that both Congress and Shiromani Akali Dal looted Punjab and exploited government resources. The governments of these parties are responsible for 3 lakh crores of debt on Punjab and when they build their own empires but ruined our state. Aam Aadmi Party government is trying to rectify the damage done by Congress and Akalis by taking pro-development steps.
