 Chandigarh, October 6

          The appointment of campus managers in Punjab’s government schools has initiated positive transformations in the education system, said School Education Minister Harjot Singh Bains, while presiding over a one-day training of campus managers here on Friday.

          The Cabinet Minister said that the Punjab government led by Chief Minister Bhagwant Singh Mann has herald Education revolution to improve the functioning of government schools in Punjab. These managers play a crucial role in relieving school principals of maintenance tasks, allowing them to focus on enhancing the educational environment. He said that the appointment of campus managers has started yielding good results.

          He said that the Punjab government’s commitment to improving school functioning is evident through such initiatives.

          The School Education Minister urged the campus managers to fulfill their new responsibility with service spirit and asked them to pay special attention to cleanliness and create a safe environment for the students in the school. He said that the state government has released a special grant for the cleanliness of the schools, using which the schools will ensure the cleanliness of the bathrooms.

          On this occasion, Education Secretary Mr. Kamal Kishore Yadav, DPI School Shri Sanjiv Kumar and District Education Officer Mohali Ginni Duggal were present.
