PUNJAB VIDHAN SABHA SPEAKER GREETS PEOPLE ON THE PARKASH PURB OF SRI GURU RAM DAS JI

The Punjab Vidhan Sabha. Speaker Kultar Singh Sandhwan has congratulated the people on the Prakash Purab of Sri Guru Ram Das Ji.
In his message, Mr. Sandhwan said that the fourth Guru, Sri Guru Ram Das Ji, laid the foundation of the holy city of Amritsar, where a large number of people visit Sri Harmandir Sahib every day. Sri Guru Ram Das composed 638 hymns. In his verses recorded in Sri Guru Granth Sahib, Guru ji has given the message of selfless service to humanity without any discrimination of gender, caste, color and race. Guru ji emphasized on adopting simple life, high moral values and high thinking.
Shri Sandhwan appealed to the people to follow the teachings of Shri Guru Ram Das Ji and live with mutual love, harmony and brotherhood. Meanwhile, Deputy Speaker of the Punjab Vidhan Sabha. Jai krishan Singh Rauri has also congratulated the people on Parkash Purb pof Sri Guru Ram Das Ji and urged them to follow the teachings of Guru Sahib.
