Deputy Chief Minister of Delhi Manish Sisodia pays obeisance at Shri Ram Tirath Dham for the peace and prosperity of Punjab

National leader of Aam Aadmi Party’ (AAP) and Delhi Deputy Chief Minister Manish Sisodia paid obeisance at the holy shrine of Lord Valmiki, Sri Ram Tirath Dham to seek blessings of Lord Valmiki, the autor of sacred Ramayana during his visit to Punjab today.

Manish Sisodia, who reached Amritsar from Delhi on Saturday morning, was greeted by AAP Punjab Senior Leader and Leader of Opposition Harpal Singh Cheema, State General Secretary Harchand Singh Barsat, Former DIG Kunwar Vijay Partap Singh, State Joint Secretary Ashok Talwar, President Amritsar Urban Jeevanjot Kaur and other local leaders at Amritsar Airport, from where he reached Ram Tirath Dham.
Arriving at Ram Tirath Dham, Delhi Deputy Chief Minister Manish Sisodia bowed before the idol of Lord Valmiki and prayed for the peace and prosperity of Punjab. He said, “Lord Valmiki was an ocean of divine wisdom, who has recorded the life and history of Shri Ram Chandra Ji, the avtar of Treta. He has come to this holy place and prayed for the prosperity, progress and communal harmony of Punjab and its people.
On the occasion State President Minority Wing Padam Antony, Incharge Lok Sabha Constituency Khadur Sahib and State Joint Secretary Baljit Singh Khaira, Incharge Lok Sabha Constituency Amritsar Iqbal Singh Bhullar, Joint Secretary Ex-Servicemen Wing Rakesh Kumar Former ADC, District Secretary Prabhbir Brar, Dr. Inderpal, Om Prakash Gabbar, Rajiv Bhagat, Dr. Inderbir Singh Nijjar, Kuldeep Singh Dhaliwal, Mandeep Singh Monga, Dalbir Singh Tong, Surjit Singh Kang along with party volunteers were also present.
