Ram Lalla grand consecration ceremony concludes at Ayodhya

Chandigarh, January 22:  updatepunjab : On Monday, Shri Banwari Lal Purohit, the Governor of Punjab and Administrator of Chandigarh UT, along with other Ram devotees at the Punjab Raj Bhavan, watched the live telecast of the concluding consecration ceremony of Sri Ram Lalla Ji in the sanctum sanctorum of the divine Ram temple in Ayodhya. The entire Raj Bhavan transformed into ‘Rammai’ during this sacred ritual.

To enhance the festive atmosphere, the entire Punjab Raj Bhavan was adorned with beautiful decorations featuring various flowers and colorful lights, creating a spectacular sight.

Expressing his sentiments as a devotee of Ram Lalla , the Governor remarked that, like all of India, he had eagerly awaited this divine occasion, which concluded with grandeur that day. He expressed gratitude to Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi and all involved parties for the opportunity to witness this historic moment.

The Governor noted the incredible joy prevailing across the country on this occasion, marked by the consecration of Ram Lala Ji in the sanctum sanctorum of Sri Ram temple.

On this significant social and religious occasion, the Governor offered prayers to Sri Ram for the auspiciousness and eternal happiness of everyone’s lives.

Following the completion of the sacred Pran Pratishtha ritual, a Bhandara was organized at the Punjab Raj Bhawan. The Governor, along with devotees, officials, employees of Punjab Raj Bhawan, and officers of the UT administration, participated in and enjoyed the prasadam.
